Refund policy

Every Do It Wet shirt is printed just for you. Your shirt is made to order after you buy it, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check your size before you order, and email us with any sizing questions.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item?
We'll make it right. Email us at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Once we confirm it, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the shirt back.

Lost package
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, or tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Canceling an order
Printing starts quickly, so we can only cancel an order if you email us within 12 hours of placing it and it hasn't gone to print yet.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
