Orders & Shipping

Since every shirt is made to order, there's a production window before it ships. Please allow 4–7 business days for production, followed by 10–20 business days for delivery. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2–4 weeks. International orders may take slightly longer depending on your location.

Yes — we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your location to keep delivery times as short as possible.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking numbers are generated once your order ships from the fulfillment center. You'll typically receive your tracking number within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If 7 business days have passed since your order shipped and you still don't have a tracking number, contact us at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com with your order number.

Tracking updates can lag behind actual package movement, especially during international transit. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days and your estimated delivery window has passed, reach out to us at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for sizing exchanges or change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right — see below.

We stand behind our products 100%. If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or any error on our end, contact us within 30 days of delivery at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

We recommend checking the size guide before ordering, as all shirts are made to order and we cannot accept size exchanges. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Yes — you can cancel your order penalty-free, but only before it enters production. Since production typically begins within 24–48 hours of ordering, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Email us immediately at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com with your order number. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

Contact us immediately at doitwetwatersports@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of order placement. After that window, the order may have already entered production or shipped, and we cannot guarantee a change. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for a free reshipment.

Our popular UV long sleeve shirts are made from a lightweight, performance polyester blend designed for active use in and around water. The fabric is quick-drying, moisture-wicking, and rated UPF 40+ for UV protection.

Ultraviolet Protection Factor 40+, or UPF 40+, means the fabric blocks over 97.5% of the sun's UVA and UVB rays. For comparison, a standard white cotton t-shirt typically has a UPF of only 5–7. Our shirts are designed specifically to protect your skin during long days on the water.

We typically carry sizes S through 3XL, but some sizing may vary depending on sourcing. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.

Our unisex shirts tend to run slightly large — if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing down. The women's V-neck fits true to size. Always check the size guide for chest and length measurements if you're unsure.

The shirts are designed for activities like boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skiing, and beach days — environments where you may get wet. They are not designed as competitive swimwear. The fabric dries quickly and holds up well to splashing and light water exposure.

Depending on the item, care instructions may differ. Please refer to the product description & information to be sure you take care of it properly.

For our UV long sleeves, machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the printed design. Proper care extends the life of both the fabric and the print.
